Benefits of Paddle Boarding

Since I am a physical education teacher, I wanted to research the benefits of paddle boarding. At first, when paddle boarding I realized that the next day I felt sore throughout my body. I felt tired and exhausted when paddle boarding for distance the second time I tried it at Harbor Beach (Oceanside, CA). It is to my understanding that this sport is a full body workout. This sport is great for the core because one is constantly trying to maintain balance and it does wonders for the body because it requires the legs and the torso to be in constant motion. People's overall health and fitness levels will increase and become more energetic throughout the day. In addition, an article that I came across that provides evidence of these benefits helped me understand what paddle boarding does to our body.
